All the author's rights and intellectual property rights to the website, the content, solutions used, including technical solutions, interactive mechanisms, graphics, logo and other solutions used on the website belong to the website operator. The above ban does not concern information about the webstats of a user's website, which a user may make available to the third party in accordance with these terms of use. SeeTheStats allows users for presentation of their webstats in a form adapted on the website, which means by providing the third party with a link with a unique URL address of subpage containing the data, for private, commercial, business or any other purposes selected by a user. A user has a right to place their webstats presented on SeeTheStats on their website by using plug-ins provided by SeeTheStats on condition that they will be used in accordance with for what they were intended and in unchanged form. It applies especially to the obligation of presenting data with information about their source and SeeTheStats logo, which is an integral part of provided plug-ins. 11. Decision whether a given website belongs to any of the above categories is made by owners of SeeTheStats. 20. In particular, SeeTheStats does not bear responsibility for activities of these users on SeeTheStats, including activities which lead to publishing website statistics, which reports have been shared to third parties. 27. For site management and statistical purposes, we collect information through standard web logs. These web logs contain the IP address from which you connect to our site, the date and time you access the site and the pages you visited. We make periodic checks of the types of browsers/operating systems used and of the pages from which you direct-link to our site. We create summary statistics from the web logs in order to measure the number of visitors to know better our visitors' interests and to help make the site more useful. 28. In order to activate automatic data import from Google Analytics, SeeTheStats, with a user consent, keeps their access data to Google Analytics (token). The token may be used solely by a user and must not be passed or made available in any form to the third party. SeeTheStats will spare no effort to keep the data safe and we assure that the data will be stored in a coded form. SeeTheStats does not guarantee safety of the data and a user bears all responsibility for making them available in order to activate the procedure of automatic data import form Google Analytics. At the same time SeeTheStats will make it possible for a user to import data from Google Analytics manually, where the access data to Google Analytics (token) is not stored by SeeTheStats. 29. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no attempt is made to identify individual users or usage patterns. We do not give, share, sell or transfer any personal information to a third party. In the event of authorized law enforcement investigations, and pursuant to any required legal process, information from our available sources may be used to help identify an individual. 30. Users have a right to demand that their account and any data including stats of visits be removed from SeeTheStats website. All the data will be removed on such demand immediately. 31. If any term of these terms of use is partly or entirely invalid because it is not in accordance with the commonly binding legal regulations, then the rest of the terms of use are still enforceable and they are interpreted in accordance with the binding legal regulations so that they retain the meaning of the invalid term as close as possible. 32. SeeTheStats will remove profiles and accounts of users who have not confirmed their email address within 1 month after registration in the service. Prior to account and profile removal, SeeTheStats will try to contact such users by email which they entered in the registration form to remind them about necessity of email confirmation.
